United to meet Mourinho and Inter in Champions League

The draw for the last sixteen of the Champions League was made this afternoon and the pick of the bunch will be the meeting of current holders Manchester United and Italian champions Inter Milan.

The tie will see Sir Alex Ferguson pit his wits against former Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho. Elsewhere Liverpool will take on Spanish giants Real Madrid, Chelsea will meet Juventus, now managed by former Blues' boss Claudio Ranieri, while Arsenal take on Roma.

If that isn't enough to give you a football chubby it might be best to start looking for a new sport to follow. While everyone loves the idea of seeing smaller teams getting a chance to stake their claim in Europe's elite competition, there's no doubt that the business end of the Champions League is where all the best football is played. Roll on February.
