Tottenham are reported to be interested in signing Germany striker Lukas Podolski. According to the Daily Mail the Bayern Munich player has said that he is flattered by the London club's interest in him.
The Polish born Podolski has struggled to hold down a place in Bayern's first team since the arrival of Luca Toni from Fiorentina. But Spurs could have a fight on their hands as Juventus are also interested in signing the £10m rated striker according to reports.
Jurgen Klinsmann gave Podoloski his first cap at international and is set to take over at Bayern next season but it looks now as if he will have to plan without the 23-year-old. Spurs look set to lose Dimitar Berbatov to either AC Milan or Manchester United and Podolski seems to top Juande Ramos' list to replace the Bulgarian.
