Scotland drop Rangers duo after breach of discipline
Scotland's preparations for tonight's crucial World Cup qualifier against Iceland has been thrown into disarray after Barry Ferguson and Allan McGregor were dropped from the starting XI following a breach of discipline.
The Rangers duo are reported to have been involved in a late night booze up at the Scotland base near Loch Lomon much to the chagrin of manager George Burley.
While both players have apologised for the incident and will start on the bench, the breach of discipline calls into question the international futures of both Ferguson and McGregor.
Tonight's game is make or break for Scotland's chances of making it to South Africa as well as for George Burley's reign as manager.
