Ronaldinho, Deco and Eto'o to leave Barcelona
Ronaldinho, Deco and Samuel Eto'o look set to leave Barcelona after the Catalan side made it clear that the three players are surplus to requirements. New manager Pep Guardiola confirmed that the players are not part of his vision for the future of the team. The three players have been linked with a number of clubs in England and Italy.
Guardiola also confirmed that Thierry Henry and Rafael Marquez are part of his plans for Barcelona's season next year and will not be leaving the club. The ex-Spain and new Barca coach hinted that Ronaldinho's attitude was one of the reasons he is seen as being surplus to requirements at the Camp Nou.
The Guardian also reports that Barcelona have ruled themselves out of any possible move for Manchester United's Cristiano Ronaldo. But the news that Ronaldinho, Eto'o and Deco are set to leave the Camp Nou could see a real dogfight between Europe's top clubs to secure their signatures.
