Redknapp makes winning return to Upton Park
Harry Redknapp made a victorious return to Upton Park as his Tottenham side beat his former club West Ham 2-0. Ledley King scored a rare goal on 68 minutes before Jamie O'Hara made sure of the win with a late net ripper.
It was Tottenham's ninth win in twelve games since Redknapp took over from Juande Ramos. Spurs have now leapfrogged West Ham and are now in fifteenth place. Harry's side were unfortunate to not have taken the lead before half time when Roman Pavlyuchenko's shot hit the post.
West Ham mounted a late comeback but the much maligned Spurs' keeper Gomes produced two brilliant saves from David di Michele and Lucas Neill before O'Hara's goal put the result beyond doubt.
