West Ham striker and all round nice guy Craig Bellamy is back in the news for all the wrong reasons. The Welsh journeyman was allegedly involved in a not very polite exchange of words with a female supporter during last night's friendly between Ipswich Town and the Hammers.

Goaded as he left the field through injury, the former Norwich player is alleged to have responded with the colourful phrase 'F*cking Ipswich prostitutes.' It's not all that surprising for a player whose main claim to fame is attacking his then teammate John Arne Riise with a nine iron on the eve of a vital Champions League clash.

Craig's other good turns include allegedly assaulting women in nightclubs, racial abuse and, just when you thought it couldn't get any better, beating up a charity worker from his own Craig Bellamy Foundation in Sierra Leone after a night on the sauce. So, no Nobel Peace Prize and lunches with Bonio and Bob for Craig just yet then.
