Hopefully I can score

Fernando Torres has sensationally revealed that he would love to score against his old team Liverpool on Sunday afternoon, after signing for Chelsea yesterday.

The Spain striker has only just finished driving a spike through the hearts of his former fans, and now after having used them as a stepping stone to a better, brighter future, he’s now scandalously begging to rip the Stamford Bridge net with one of his trademark strikes. Honestly, the man must have no standards.

‘It is like destiny,’ Torres said, not quite understanding the concept of destiny. ‘It is not perfect for me but we will see what happens and I only have good words about Liverpool. They made me a top player and gave me the chance to play at the top level.

‘I will never say anything bad about Liverpool. I have been very happy there, but now the history is different and I am playing for Chelsea. If I have the chance to play, I will do my best for Chelsea and hopefully I can score.’
