Hendry takes on Williams in World Championships

The draw for the first round of the World Snooker Championship has been made, with seven-time champ Steven Hendry taking on Mark Williams – who is outside of the top 16 and had to qualify – being the pick of the matches.

Meanwhile defending champ Ronnie O'Sullivan has drawn one of his practice partners, Stuart Bingham, and BBC analyst (and six-time world champion) Steve Davis takes on Neil Robertson in his first round match. It all cues off on 18 April at a refurbished Crucible Theatre in Sheffield.
