The Royal Portrush is located along the North Antrim Coast of Northern Ireland, and has two challenging links courses for golfers: the Dunluce Links and Valley Links. Both have different attributes. The Palmer Smurfit Course is an inland course that is planted with many mature plants to make the course look older, as if it had been there for a long time. The Palmer Ryder Cup course is in the top 3 of the best courses in Ireland to play. Fees for golfing on the Palmer course start from 125 EUR and 70 to 90 EUR for a round on the Smurfit Course. The K Club also has a school of golf, where you can brush up on your skills. You can also take golfing lessons; costs for 30 minutes are about 60 EUR and 50 minutes for about 90 EUR.
