Full England squad returns to India to finish tour
England are set to finish their tour of India with the full squad of players travelling to Chennai later today. The news comes just ten days after the tour was suspended following the Mumbai terrorist attack.
There had been speculation that a number of high profile players would prefer not to return to finish the tour, but England coach Peter Moores will now have a full squad to choose from. The two Tests will be played under tight security at Mohali.
Andrew Flintoff and Steve Harmison were the two players that had voiced their doubts about returning to India, but only the injured Ryan Sidebottom won't be taking part in the Test series. The players' decision to complete the tour was hailed by the head of the England and Wales Cricket Board, Hugh Morris: "The players have made a very brave and courageous decision which will be hugely respected all around the world."
