Chelsea beat Bolton 2-0 at the Reebok yesterday to keep up the pressure on league leaders Liverpool. Former Bolton striker Nicolas Anelka opened the deadlock with a header from a deft cross from Bosingwa.
Deco scored the second for Chelsea with a clinical bicycle kick before spurning a much easier chance to make it 3-0 late on. Scolari's side dominated the game and cut through the Bolton rearguard with ease.
The result gave Chelsea a new record of eleven away wins in a row and sees them just one point off the top, but they still struggling with their home form and there is talk of dissent in the dressing-room. A lot of other team's in the league would love to have some of Chelsea's problems.
