Chelsea are back

Chelsea boss Carlo Ancelotti has said that his Chelsea side have turned the corner after their battling draw at White Hart Lane yesterday.

The Blues drew 1-1 with Tottenham and could have snatched an unlikely win in the final minutes but for a missed Didier Drogba penalty, but despite dropping two more points, the Italian thinks that their worst run on form is behind them. Chelsea fans will be hoping he’s right, as they now have to play Man United and Arsenal in the next two weeks.

‘I think we are on the right way,’ said Ancelotti. ‘We deserved to win. We were very close, we will win our next game. We have a lot of possibilities when we recover all our players. I think this difficult moment is on our back.

‘We have to be happy because we played well against a strong team away and we had a good performance. In the second half we had the possibility to win, we were unlucky. We missed a penalty but the performance was good so we have to look forward with more confidence now.’
