Ancelotti not interested in Chelsea job

AC Milan manager Carlo Ancelotti has dismissed reports that he is set to take over at Chelsea next season. Guus Hiddink is set to take over as interim manager at Stamford Bridge today until the end of the current season, but speculation is already mounting as to who will take over the club in the long term.

Former Juventus manager Ancelotti was linked with the vacant Chelsea job during the summer following the departure of Avram Grant and is considered one of the possible solutions to the London club's long running managerial problems.

But the Milan manager told reporters that he turned Chelsea down during the summer and would do the same again if offered the Stamford Bridge hot seat:"The only club that has made a move to sign me has been Chelsea," Ancelotti told www.calciomercato.com. "In the summer I met Abramovich but I didn't want to leave Milan. The same thing happens now, I am not thinking about leaving."
